Step 5: Overlaying Images

Here we explain how to overlay/add images to create a scout image, indicating areas of interest.

Once we established a proper coordinate system we can start comparing gels. We might for instance want to know in which areas we did have signal, simply by overlaying all the images. This can be done with the add operator.
